Cowhouse Ranch is 600 acres near Gatesville, TX in Coryell County with beautiful sunrise and sunset views, over 1/2 a mile (3258 ft) of Cowhouse Creek frontage, 4 stock tanks, varied terrain, utilities, and a barndominium.  The ranch has 100 acres of improved pasture and currently has a grazing lease; the lessee is open to continuing that with the new owner, which would maintain the agricultural exemption.
